Pioneer in global estate orchestration services achieves highest quality certification
Chiasso, August 29, 2017 – XY, an international group specialized in strategic consulting and the control of large estates, has introduced a Quality Management System (QMS) according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 subjected to certification on July 26 and 27, 2017 by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS), one of the leading certification bodies in the world, based in Zollikofen, Bern. The ISO 9001:2015 standard largely diffused by the service companies and industry in general, is rarely applied in the financial services industry. This achievement confirms the company’s strong corporate governance and commitment to the highest quality of service when dealing with its clients, employees and other counterparts.
“Achieving an ISO 9001 certification is the first step towards the organization's sustainable development and is a guarantee of continuity for stakeholders and shareholders,” says Silvio Genovese, Regional Head of Certification Services at SQS.
“ISO 9001:2015 certification underpins XY’s cornerstone quality principles,” says Daniele Migani, Founder and CEO of XY S.A. “These form the basis of the company’s approach to business: providing strategic services to top-end estate owners and excelling in the delivery by developing disruptive state-of-the-art technologies as well as by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.”
ISO 9001 certification provides a foundation for implementing quality standards and guidelines, as well as best practices in wealth management that are fostered by XY through methodologies that can be implemented as part of a common, fact-based approach. It also provides peace of mind for XY’s clients - the owners of family fortunes and large estates – guaranteeing them even higher quality service levels and total commitment to meeting regulatory requirements.
Apart from the new ISO 9001:2015 certification, authorizations which XY has spontaneously sought and gained in the European Economic Area include the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s FCA authorization, with European Passport authorizations in several European countries, with others underway. In Switzerland, national and local authorizations include the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority’s FINMA authorization (as affiliated to OAD-FCT).
XY drives change in the financial services industry by pursuing the highest professional standards in all aspects of its business, endorsing and promoting best practices across the industry and requiring all its employees to comply with the company’s Code of Ethics and principles of independence, as well as with external regulations and standards.
